The fire extinguisher is the main body of Frank, retaining its original bright red colour, which symbolizes urgency and emergency. Its cylindrical shape provides a sturdy foundation for his face and other features.

His eyes are large and expressive, made from bowls of large spoons. For the pupils TheeUpcycler wedged bright blue plastic fork handles into the centre of the spoons, conveying a sense of shock and fear. Adding a glossy finish enhances the startled look, making Frank appear almost cartoonish.

His mouth is wide open in a gasp or scream. The mouth is outlined in left over pieces of the extinguisher to emphasize the expression of panic.
