Shipping Policy

All purchased items are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number so you can follow your shipment through delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are assessed once the shipment arrives and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Any required customs fees must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery or pickup. We do not collect these charges in advance and are not responsible for additional costs, delays, or refusals resulting from customs clearance.

Customs policies vary by country. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking confirms delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for stolen packages, missed deliveries, or parcels left unattended by the carrier. 

I spoke to Amy today May 13 2026.  She indicated she was going to call the bank and retract the dispute.  She indicated that she had issues with other online sellers not me in the past.  This was a custom ordered piece that was to be delivered when complete as of may 13 2026 it is made and awaiting paint and will be shipping the week of May 15 2026 via UPS Ground our trusted carrier.   It will arrive on time.
