Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyer remorse, including changes of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction not related to damage or defect, is not considered a valid reason for return. Any return requests submitted under buyer remorse will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed approval.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund and applies to any parcel that is returned, including refused deliveries and uncollected shipments. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at davejmcauley @ outlook.com (remove spaces). Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or incorrect items are not subject to the restocking fee.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable: custom or special-order items, personalized products, perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, personal care items, and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale and clearance items, and gift cards, are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return, please contact us prior to purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item if eligible. Once the return is accepted, a new order may be placed separately. Approval must first be given to return and/or exchange any piece.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging. A 30% restocking fee still applies, except where prohibited by law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 30% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping costs.
